3. Accounts and Registration

To use the Service with your own login, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create and control your own account.
• Students under 18 should have parental awareness of their account.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Children under 13. A child under 13 may not create or control their own account. Instead, a parent or legal guardian may create and fully manage a managed child profile on the child's behalf, logging and submitting the child's activities for verification. The parent is solely responsible for all information entered into a managed child profile and for compliance with these Terms with respect to that profile. See our Privacy Policy for details on how managed child profiles work and how that data is handled. A managed child profile may later be transitioned to an independent account once the child turns 13, at the parent's discretion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Student Data and FERPA

Zipadoo takes student privacy seriously. To the extent that student education records are involved, we operate in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

• Student activity records are owned by the student and are not shared with third parties without consent.
• School administrators accessing student records through Zipadoo do so under their existing FERPA authority as school officials with legitimate educational interests.
• Activity records within a managed child profile are treated as the child's own records for these purposes, entered and controlled by the parent until the profile is transitioned to an independent student account, if ever.
• We do not sell student data to advertisers or data brokers.
• Parents of students under 18 may request access to their child's records by contacting us.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the activity records and other content you submit to Zipadoo ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Zipadoo a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Submitting false or misleading activity records may result in account termination and, in cases involving academic fraud, may be reported to relevant institutions.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, fabricated, or misleading activity records
• Impersonate any person or entity, including school staff or organization administrators
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm any other user
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from the Service
• Interfere with the proper operation of the Service or its servers
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Plans, Payments, and Cancellation

Zipadoo offers a free plan and a paid Premium plan. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout.

• Billing. Charges are billed in advance at the start of each billing period.
• Cancellation. You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
• Downgrades. If you downgrade from Premium to Free, your data is retained but Premium features become inaccessible.
• Price changes. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

All payments are processed securely. Zipadoo does not store payment card information.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Zipadoo does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Zipadoo does not guarantee that verified activity records will be accepted by any college, scholarship program, or other institution. Verification confirms that a school official, organization, or coach has acknowledged the activity — it does not constitute an endorsement by Zipadoo or any institution.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zipadoo and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall Zipadoo's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
