Common questions
Can I try Premium before paying?
The free plan gives you a full sense of how Zipadoo works — you can add up to 5 activities, get them verified, and export a PDF. Upgrade when you're ready to share your full folio or apply to college.
What happens to my activities if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. If you have more than 5 activities and downgrade, your existing activities are preserved and visible to you — you just won't be able to add new ones until you're back under 5, or upgrade again.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings and you'll keep Premium until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
Does my school need to be on Zipadoo for me to use it?
No. Any student can sign up and use Zipadoo independently. School verification is one option — you can also get activities verified by organizations or individual coaches. If your school does join, verification becomes even faster.
How does priority verification work?
Premium students' verification requests are surfaced at the top of every approver's queue. This means school counselors, org admins, and coaches see your request first. Our target turnaround for premium requests is 2 business days vs. the standard 7–10 days.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Emails are encrypted at rest, activities are scoped strictly to your account, and share links are token-based — they can be revoked any time. We don't sell your data or show ads.
What's included in the school plan?
School plans give all enrolled students Premium access, plus a school admin dashboard with an approval queue, student roster, and cohort activity reports. Pricing is per-school based on enrollment — contact us for a quote.
