Common questions
Can I try Premium before paying?
The free plan lets you add 5 activities, get them verified, and export a PDF. Upgrade to Premium when you need unlimited activities, watermark-free exports, and full sharing capabilities for college, scholarships, jobs, or any opportunity.
What's the difference between Annual and Monthly?
Same features, every one of them — Annual and Monthly Premium are identical day to day. Annual is billed once a year at $99 and saves 17% versus paying monthly at $9.99/mo. Monthly is billed every 30 days and can be cancelled any time.
What happens to my activities if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. If you have more than 5 activities and downgrade, your existing activities are preserved and visible to you — you just won't be able to add new ones until you're back under 5, or upgrade again.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings and you'll keep Premium until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
Does my school need to be on Zipadoo for me to use it?
No. Any student can sign up and use Zipadoo independently. School verification is one option — you can also get activities verified by organizations or individual coaches. If your school does join, verification becomes even faster.
How does priority verification work?
Premium verification requests are prioritized in the approver queue. This means school counselors, organization admins, and coaches see your request sooner. Typical turnaround target for Premium requests is 2 business days vs. the standard 7–10 days.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data is encrypted and kept private. Only you can access your activities unless you choose to share them, and any share links can be turned off at any time. We do not sell your data
What's included in the school plan?
School plans give all enrolled students Premium access, plus a school admin dashboard with an approval queue, student roster, and cohort activity reports. Pricing is per-school based on enrollment — contact us for a quote.
